On behalf of the International Maritime Rescue Federation (IMRF) and the members of Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue, it is our great privilege to host the World Maritime Rescue Congress (WMRC) in June 2019.

The theme for WMRC 2019 is “Learning from the Past; Looking to the Future – Maritime Search and Rescue in a Dynamically Changing Operational Environment,” which will enable participants to benefit from SAR lessons learned, while gaining insight into innovations and technologies that will help shape maritime SAR operations of the future.
